📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are immaculately clean.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and support to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
• Use advanced housekeeping software to track and manage tasks, schedules, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the housekeeping department of a luxury resort or hotel.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of housekeepers.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field (e.g., Certified Housekeeper, Certified Hotel Manager).
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Pro, CleanX, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
