📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation tools with existing systems, such as CRM, ERP, and customer service platforms.
• Monitor and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy over time.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of automation tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of automation processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to automation solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI automation, with a strong background in machine learning and data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
