📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key client accounts, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and financial goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company’s reach.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in the seafood industry.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
