📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages to customers within Surabaya in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use GPS navigation tools and our delivery management system to plan and execute deliveries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring packages are delivered securely and on time.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the delivery team to resolve any issues promptly.
• Report any delivery challenges or incidents to the logistics team for resolution.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motor Courier or similar role in logistics.
• Valid driver's license for motorcycles.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and delivery management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
