📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist with cash handling and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive and productive environment.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and cleaning supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee brewing techniques.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
