📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in warehouse management.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
