PCM Cables Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes, from raw materials to finished products.

As a Senior QC & QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce quality control measures, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and defects.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on quality control and assurance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and industry-specific standards.
  • Proven experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
