📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.,Create and manage content for social media, email, and other marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and influencers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve marketing efforts.,Lead and mentor junior marketing staff to ensure high performance and team growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand growth and digital marketing.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in the F&B or coffee industry is a plus.
