📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistent brand standards and quality.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
