📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to the relevant authorities,Monitor and control the company's cash flow and budget,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed,Provide financial advice and support to the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both Indonesian and English
