📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
