📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential guests and travel agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult on resort packages, activities, and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry.
