📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the lubricant laboratory, ensuring that all quality control processes are followed correctly.,Conduct regular inspections and tests on lubricant products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for lubricant products.,Train and mentor junior staff members on quality control processes and procedures.,Ensure that all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the lubricant laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory environment, preferably in the lubricant industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
