📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Train and develop the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.,Promote and uphold the company's values and brand image.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
