📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on tobacco manufacturing machinery, including makers and filters.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the machinery.
• Ensure that all machinery is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve the efficiency and reliability of the machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the machinery.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of tobacco manufacturing machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair of makers and filters.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or Maximo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in maintenance and repair of tobacco manufacturing machinery is a plus.
