📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.,Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.,Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the laboratory field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification or license as a Lab Technician, if required by law.
