📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement visually appealing product displays that highlight our best-selling items and drive sales
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to create display layouts that are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically effective
• Work closely with in-store staff to ensure that displays are always up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our brand standards
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for display improvements and enhance the overall shopping experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends, display techniques, and technologies to ensure that our displays are always innovative and engaging
• Ensure that all displays comply with safety regulations and are maintained to a high standard
• Monitor display performance and provide regular reports to the merchandising team
• Attend and participate in store meetings, training sessions, and other team events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail display design and merchandising
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in using retail display software such as Visual Merchandiser or similar tools
• Knowledge of retail display best practices and trends
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with retail operations and a passion for the industry
