📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our café.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure the café's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with basic food safety and health regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
