EASY STAY LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Partnership Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with hotels across Bali, ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximizing revenue opportunities for both EASY STAY and our hotel partners.

This is a full-time position based in Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels in Bali.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or a related role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Bali's hospitality industry and local market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
