📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order process from buyer requests to final product delivery.
• Develop and maintain production plans using tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with buyers, production teams, and other departments to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor production progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian fashion market and trends.
• Certification in Fashion Merchandising or a related field is a plus.
