PT Sumber Cempaka is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of fleet management principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained.,Oversee the fueling and refueling process, ensuring that vehicles are properly fueled and that fuel usage is monitored and reported.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that routes are optimized for efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety regulations and that drivers are properly trained and certified.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant diploma or certification is acceptable.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong understanding of fleet management principles, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route optimization.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, managers, and other departments.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
