• Host engaging live streams and interactive sessions to connect with our global audience.
• Promote Multiplex's events and initiatives online, leveraging social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital content strategies.
• Engage with audience members through live chat, polls, and Q&A sessions to gather feedback and insights.
• Use data analytics tools to track the performance of live streams and online promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and live streaming to continuously improve our content.
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring a seamless digital presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our digital reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live host, online promoter, or similar role in the digital marketing or events industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using live streaming platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and social media tools like Instagram Live and Facebook Live.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital content creation and innovation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
