Apotek Rama Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide general HR support to the management team and other departments as needed.,Participate in HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid work permit for the Republic of Indonesia.
