📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of customs clearance for import and export shipments, including documentation, filing, and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient processing of shipments.
• Monitor and analyze customs clearance trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on customs clearance procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on customs clearance activities to management and clients.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of customs clearance with other supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in customs clearance or a related field is a plus.
