📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their freight and clearance needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of customs documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient clearance of goods.
• Monitor and manage the import/export processes, ensuring timely and accurate clearance of shipments.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or a related field.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
