In this role, you will work closely with our Head Housekeeper to oversee daily cleaning tasks, manage inventory, and ensure all cleaning protocols are followed. You will be responsible for training and supervising our cleaning team, ensuring they meet our high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of residential units and common areas
• Supervise and train the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Manage and maintain cleaning inventory and supplies
• Ensure all cleaning protocols and safety procedures are followed
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs or replacements
• Perform deep cleaning and inspection tasks as required
• Ensure all cleaning areas are completed on time and to the required standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or residential cleaning industry
• Proven ability to supervise and train staff effectively
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and inventory management
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid first aid certification
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
