📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to drive sales.,Train and motivate staff to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that is welcoming to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.,Work with the marketing team to promote the store and its products.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
