Spa Therapist | Ayurvedic Wellness Therapist

Pt Rudra Sahashrara Bali is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist or Ayurvedic Wellness Therapist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about holistic wellness and committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Spa Therapist or Ayurvedic Wellness Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a beautiful and tranquil setting, surrounded by nature. You will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, and body wraps, using traditional and modern techniques.

We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in their craft but also has a deep understanding of Ayurveda and its principles. You will be expected to work closely with our team to ensure that all treatments are tailored to the individual needs of each guest, based on their unique constitution and lifestyle.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, using traditional and modern techniques.
• Assessing each guest's unique constitution and lifestyle to tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry.
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to guests.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel relaxed and well-cared for during their stay.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assisting with the organization and coordination of special events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Ayurvedic Wellness Therapist.
• Certification in Ayurveda or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurveda principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the English language is required.
• Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Balinese) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
