📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of rolling stock, including locomotives, carriages, and other associated equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the efficient and timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Conduct inspections and assessments of rolling stock to identify any issues or potential problems.,Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the rail network.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance and repair.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of rail systems, components, and maintenance practices.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as AS/NZS 1303 and ISO 45001.,Experience with maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with Australian and Indonesian rail industry practices and regulations.
