📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and address any employee concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Fluency in English and Tetum (local language).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bakery is a plus.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
