📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify and attract potential tenants for vacant retail spaces
• Negotiate lease agreements with tenants to secure long-term commitments and drive mall revenue growth
• Manage the leasing process, from initial tenant inquiries to final lease execution
• Coordinate with the mall's management team to ensure that retail spaces are well-utilized and that mall revenue targets are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor retail space performance and provide insights to the management team for decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to drive mall revenue growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of retail market trends and tenant acquisition strategies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the retail and entertainment industry in Indonesia is a plus
