PT Tunas Mega is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who can start as soon as possible. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
