PT Raya Abadi is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating our fleet operations.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently. You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed by drivers and maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle history, maintenance logs, and fuel consumption.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and maintenance staff as needed.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement fleet improvement strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
