Warung Indra Gadget is looking for a dedicated Deputy Chef to join our team. As a Deputy Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards in food preparation, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
