📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
