📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design intent is accurately translated into BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Generate detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to the project team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, software updates, and best practices in BIM modeling.
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards and guidelines within the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficient in using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM modeling (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
