📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information, promotions, and purchases.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in creating and maintaining a positive retail environment.,Participate in sales training and development programs.,Assist in monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to the sales team.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
